
Receptionist
Under
the direction and supervision of the Human Resources Director, the
Receptionist
is responsible for being the first contact of our office. The
Receptionist must
possess excellent human relations skills, written and oral
communications skills,
must be able to adapt well to change, have excellent decision making
skills,
work well under pressure and demonstrate a willingness to learn new
applications.
Duties:
The Receptionist must possess previous office experience as minimum entry-level requirements: a certificate or diploma from an accredited university or technical school in Office Administration, OR a combination of training and experience specifically related to assigned duties are an asset. The receptionist must be computer literate in basic Microsoft office programs.
