The ideal candidate is a new CA or senior articling student writing
the UFE in 2007 with an interest in tax. Responsibilities include
assisting the tax department with corporate reorganizations,
preparation of terminal and estate returns, corporate and personal tax
filings, plus responding to general tax questions from clients and
