Tax Technician
Kingston
Ross Pasnak has immediate openings in our Tax Department for Tax Technicians.
The ideal candidate(s) should possess strong technical, organization,
communication, and analytical skills.
Duties:
- Provide support to the tax team as needed.
- Provide support in the areas of T1s/T2s/T3s.
- RRSP overpayment — assistance with the completion of
T1-OVP forms.
- Hedge complete and/or review T1’s/T2’s.
- Help complete corporate reorganizations, trust
returns and deceased returns.
- Eventually, take on a more tax-planning role.
- Examine various tax issues for the accounting depth
for small to medium owned businesses.
Requirements:
- An accounting diploma and/or related experience in
personal/corporate tax.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Strong technical, organizational, and analytical
skills
