Current Status:
Perry practices exclusively in the area of taxation, focusing on corporate income tax, corporate reorganizations, partnerships, and estate planning for large and medium size owner-managed companies. Prior to joining Kingston Ross Pasnak, Perry spent approximately seven years with an international accounting firm with a focus on taxation of large, privately owned companies and public companies.

Experience:
Perry has experience in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic tax planning for large owner-managed companies. Perry has conducted presentations on various tax topics to clients, staff and the general public including presentations for Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
