Noah Soifer
Noah joined Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP in 2022, building his practice around small and medium-sized businesses across Alberta, with particular roots in the Edmonton community. He works closely with owner-managed and family-run enterprises, providing assurance, accounting, tax, and business advisory services that help businesses grow with confidence.

Experience
Noah began his career at EY in Edmonton in 2019, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant before joining KRP as a Manager in October 2022. He was promoted to Senior Manager in January 2025 and to Principal in July 2026. Noah's practice centers on the private enterprise sector, serving small and medium-sized businesses across Alberta, with a particular focus on tax planning for owner-managed businesses and their shareholders, and deep working knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).
Within the firm, Noah is a dedicated mentor and internal trainer and has contributed to KRP's Recruitment Committee and Voice-of-the-Customer initiatives. Noah's leadership extends past our walls. Since February 2025 he has served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Northern Alberta, a commitment to this community that mirrors the way he shows up for the firm.
